You and your companions trapped a demon within this pentagram. You aim to send it back whence it came. The demon, however, has different plans. Figure out who it is possessing before it corrupts you one by one and escapes. Complete the exorcism or fall victim to your own sins.

Sinister is a horror themed card-drafting social intrigue game with a shifting betrayer where the eliminated players stay in the game to take revenge. The game is played in a series of rounds where you battle over the integrity of the Pentagram all while trying to locate the demon's current whereabouts so you can finish your ritual. 

As The Betrayer Shifts, So Do Motivations.

Have you trapped the demon, or have you trapped yourselves WITH the demon? The demon hops bodies, forcing you to accuse, betray, and even kill your allies. Each round, players get a new soul card, indicating whether or not they are possessed. 

Murdered Players Aren’t Gone. They’re Angry.

Falsely accused players become Malevolent Spirits, joining Team Demon as they mercilessly mess with the search. If the demon wins, they win, but there’s one catch: they still don’t know who the demon is. 

Find The Demon While Fighting Your Own.

No one is truly innocent as the demon brings out the worst sins in each player. Soul cards that are not the Possessed Card each depict one of the seven deadly sins. Resist your sins for boons that will help you achieve your goals no matter which side you’re on next.

Sinister's pulpy noir-style design tells the story of a reporter trying to piece together the events that you and your friends are actively playing out. That combined with dynamic gameplay and an imposing table presence make for a fun and immersive battle over the fate of the players.
